- Very interested in process improvement and the way that technology can support this - self-taught basic coding to build the Oxford School of Surgery website and an app for one of the local trusts: "I am a huge ambassador for the use of technology to improve efficiency and simplify processes"

| GMC Survey - would be great if a way that GMC website could alert system to fact that trainee has completed this. It's a requirement for ARCP and currently have to take a screenshot from the GMC website and send it in to HEE as evidence |
| Design for mobile so that it is easy to complete Form-R and other tasks when you're busy (not have to wait until go home to do desktop version) |
| Automatic alert to trigger support if trainee fails exams 2 or 3 times |
| Better way for TPDs to manage training placements - do it manually on spreadsheets currently and suspect it's a real headache |
| OOP application - online with workflows to enable relevant people (Head of School) to approve and (Programme Manager) manage (in the case OPPE) |
Employment checks (passport/right to work, DBS, occupational health record) - way of these following you and not having to undertake them at each rotation (NB. HEE already working on this?? |

Trainee-developed site for trainees/applicants for Higher Specialty Training in surgery - filled a gap left by HEE website which has incomplete information e.g. only 3 surgery specialties lists (when there are more).
Not currently available due to lapsed licence. According to Jenny, no further funding available (was funded for 3 years).
