TSS user feedback: Fix Form R (B) bug (Sections 4 & 5)
As a user I want to be able to add any unresolved declarations in Sections 4 and 5 of Form R Part B without having to complete a resolved declaration to progress through the form.

TSS user feedback: Fix Form R (B) Section 2 (TOOT) bug
As a user I want to be alerted via an error message if I have not rounded-up a Leave value (or I have used a decimal point anywhere in those fields) before I attempt to save/ submit the Form R Part B.

Rebuild Programme Membership data structure and populate it with the actual data

A back-office improvement to the recording of postgraduate doctors' programme memberships and the curricula they are part of. This paves the way for better reporting on this sort of data, as well as enabling other improvements to the TIS system. [Metabase demo]
