VM Monitoring with Node Exporter and Grafana

We have upgraded the Node-Exporter service to a much newer version and therefore can take advantage of some more of the metrics it is recieving. I have paired this with a new dashboard in Grafana called Node Exporter for Prometheus Dashboard (link)

You can select a specific server from the Instance drop down and the specific data for just that instance will be shown under the Resource Details section.
