Lisa Edwards raised a question Revalidation and GMC update. This has been a recurring question.

In next Review need to do a piece on how reval is monitored and what we have done to improve our alerts to reduce incidence of TIS/GMC data flows that don’t work. The problem here is that when this happens the teams are impacted. They are the people who tell us that there is a problem.
