Highlights | - the national training number field has been removed from the create/view/edit programme form
- inside specialty, the field "nhsSpecialtyCode" has been renamed to "specialtyCode"

- everyone (with the given permission) is now able to see all programmes in all local offices, removed the underlying local office autofilter
- when accessing programmes list the user will see current programmes in their local office filter active by default
