Highlights

• the self assessments part of the revalidation UI has been removed
• the unused tab "Amend submission date" has been removed from revalidation UI
• assessment type has been removed from reference data, it is already present in Programmes
• programme name and number now allow any characters
• the link on specialty group has been removed from the specialty table, it's just plain text now
• loading animations have been added to the new UI (connection discrepancies, programme, curricula etc..) to make it more user friendly
• post list, create and view are beginning to take shape
