• the /ui/... url's should now work when doing a page refresh
• the programmes form now has validation
• connection discrepancies UI tweaks:
  • Current GMC DB column is now on both create and remove tabs
  • Info text in the tooltip on hover over the info item has been made more clear
• connection discrepancies filter should now work better (although not complete), it should now filter out F1 trainees and trainees who will start in the future
• revalidation trainee card will now show all trainees programmes instead of just one
• the trainee card submission date should now be correct for trainees who have been deferred in the past
• wessex users have been added for go live
