OneTISTeam Charter
We want to be ONE Team focused on clear, shared outcomes / common goals, not simply project delivery
Everyone shares calendars.
Meetings will be inclusive.
Shared outcomes / common goals expressed through OKRs.
ALL the team to input and work together to deliver.
Within the team we want everyone to show understanding, mutual respect and foster a psychologically safe culture of trust and support
(specifically: active listening, kindness, disagreement without conflict)
Where standards are not met it should be the responsibility of everyone to call out.
If I feel disrespected or undervalued, I will raise this.Everyone in the team needs to display these agreed values.
Be careful not to undermine each other in front of stakeholders.
We want to be totally transparent. This was the single biggest area of agreement: that ALL team members should be aware of plans, context, goals and progress
More unity will create more transparency.
Use public comms channels where possible so others can take part.
Plans, context, goals and progress should be regularly published, reviewed and updated so all TIS team members are able to understand where we are at.
Team members should feel comfortable admitting to and owning mistakes not so blame can be apportioned but lessons can be learned, and improvements made ensuring we all live up to the team charter.
We want to work collaboratively (across the wider team, with stakeholders and users) in the firm belief this leads to better outcomes
More unity will foster more collaboration.
Everyone in the team commits to user-centred design principles.
Actively look for opportunities to share with other members of the TIS team.
