This is the Admin Team fortnightly Review
Purpose
> Presenting to our stakeholders work done in the last two weeks in order to inform and get your thoughts, input and to answer any questions we have.
> Highlight any interruptions / live defects.
> Feedback at Review particularly in terms of suggestions as to what to focus on next
> Updates or overview of other work in progress which may have wider interest and involvement.

Focus for this iteration
The focus for the iteration has been Post Funding
Large piece of work on Post funding which is currently ongoing as it spans more than one Iteration.
We also had to do an urgent change of Responsible Officer (RO) to ensure revalidation was not disrupted.
And we have has a couple of live issues.
Conversation in the last review / recent conversations
Outstanding work carried over.
Finally met with the Revalidation Leads - we will restart regular liaison and work to focus on priorities going forward.
Post Funding meeting scheduled for Thursday 15th at 1100. This meeting will outline where we are and what the intent is, alongside building understanding of work to do before and after developments.
Reformation of the TIS Leads group to help with focus TBC. This will be something to do in the next two weeks.
Specific and other work in hand
IT change-over - worthwhile mentioning that the move into NHSE IT is causing some issues with Teams and access to files and the like. Until things settle down, things may be a bit disrupted.
LTFT Discovery - This is reaching the end and we will do a feedback session to our (Admin users) TBC. The TIS Team needs to come together to look at how we are moving this forward, bearing in mind that there will be outputs for both trainees (on Trainee Self-Service) and for our NHSE Staff and others.
