TPD is now notified when doctor submits LTFT application	@Reuben Roberts	When an LTFT application is submitted, an email containing the key details is sent to the TPD mentioned in the application. This ensures that the TPD is appraised of the application and when it was made. Example LTFT submitted TPD notification email

It is also the reason we are not going to re-focus on internal work (until real users can be lined up for working with us to build the DSP).
