HEE Online Connect

• HEE has obtained a subscription to a secure survey tool called JISC Online Surveys (previously BoS or Bristol Online Survey)

• HEE Connect advises that “staff should not use SurveyMonkey for surveys that include personal or sensitive identifiable data, as this tool does not meet EU regulations, with regards to the security or handling of this data. Please note alternative survey providers can be used for surveys using anonymised information only”.

• To use the HEE online connect, you need to register with online surveys and join the HEE account by emailing them

• The tool does not support analysis. You have to export data to an analytical tool

• Distributes surveys using web links, emails or webpop ups

• Accessible from most devices

• Visualize results per question
