Summary	The Hicom DR Refresh failed, from Martin Stanford; "Last night’s Data Repository refresh failed. This was due to an error within one of the new Data Quality indicators. The error has been corrected, and the fix will be applied to tonight’s refresh. The DR has now been restored, so for today it will contain data from 15/12/2016."
