Root Cause
Microsoft require an update to all of our virtual machines running in all environments.
Trigger
email from Microsoft saying they would restart the VM's if we didnt schedule it soon.
Resolution
Rolling upgrade plan is being implemented, Current proposed date for update works is Friday 5th January 2018
