- "no results" message should no longer flash on the page when loading a data table in /ui
- curriculum subtype now has proper labels when creating/editing a curriculum
- Connection Discrepancies is now part of the revalidation app header, please note that only users with the required permissions will be able to see the tab in the header and navigate to it
- we no longer wrongly create a snapshot when the try recommendation call to GMC connect fails, the "view snapshot" and "Recommendation" buttons now properly show up when viewing a trainee's revalidation history after a call to GMC Connect failed
- when a trainee on the revalidation watchlist gets removed from it's local office, instead of just showing a blank row on the watchlist we now show a notice for the admin to remove the entry from the watchlist
