A Summary List of TIS Components

The TIS Components are the first level subdivision of TIS into 'capabilities'.

These can be found within TIS Product Backlog - Components in JIRA and are shown below (live feed from JIRA)

We are currently reworking the Product Backlog to take account of the MVP prioritisation - tasks listed below:

Components

• finish moving components from page to Jira with MVP High Level stories
• A&J to update business service components with MVP story and full definition
• update component issues with full description of component, flip the print fields round
• print and update all components
• rationalise platform services, infrastructure and security into existing or new components

Stories

• create placeholder 'delivery' stories for each component in JIRA - print as you go
• sweep london post-its into stories, inside London addons epic
• resync stories currently on the wall, reprint those with MVP fix release showing and place 'above the line'

Dependencies

• Sketch, then powerpoint a dependency diagram at component level, minimal stepping into story level detail, if absolutely required
• Rework a high level roadmap at component level
