On 'upload document' page when you click on 'Save concern' button, the page should take you to the particular trainee concern summary list.
When you click 'save concern' should move to the particular trainee concern list page, the concern is still saved for the trainee and not save the same information several times

On 'upload document' page when you click on 'Save concern' button, the page did not take you to the particular trainee concern summary list. Please note when you create a new concern and save the new concern - it takes you back to the summary page which is as expected but not the case if you edit concerns
When you click 'save concern' it is saved the edited concern is saved as a different concern (a new row created). New rows are created depending on the number of time you save concern.
From the concern space: Display summary list of trainees with current and past connection to their Local office
From Connections or Recommendation space: If Concern filter is selected, display summary list of trainees with current and past connection to their Local office
