Context: For the Connections epic, the following stories were tested to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria and user feedback.

You can only see the refresh button on the summary pages of Connections, Concerns and recommendations.

A ‘disconnected’ trainee on TIS should be automatically flag 'Connected' on Reval connections page (when page is refreshed) if the following are done on TIS/TCS:

  • a programme membership is added

  • And the programme have a start date which = today or older than today

  • And programme end date in the future which = tomorrow and all future dates

A trainee is automatically flagged ‘disconnected’ on Reval connections summary table if the trainee on TIS/TCS is;

  • a new trainee added with no programme start and end dates in TIS/TCS

  • an existing trainee on TIS/TCS but do not have a programme start date

  • an existing trainee on TIS/TCS but have a start date in the future

  • an existing trainee on TIS/TCS but do not have a programme end date

  • an existing trainee on TIS/TCS but programme end date expired/in the past

  • an existing trainee on TIS/TCS but do not have a programme

Checked and met the expected outcome.

Use GMC 1393044 - Richard Weaver to check each criteria

Without a programme start and end date you cannot create a programme membership on TIS as they are mandatory fields
