Design
Our ESR design is an event based solution which processes information from ESR supplied CSV files and events from TIS. Due to constraints from ESR the interface is not processed in realtime and relies on daily jobs to produce files to send to ESR, but the system is designed in such a way that if/when ESR or an equivalent system can accept realtime information the code could be changed relatively easily to supply and accept this.
