Creating Service Desk Users in Key Cloak

Log in to Key Cloak with the admin account
Switch to the Master realm by clicking on the Lin drop-down and selecting Master
Go to Users
Click Add User
Enter the details and click Save
Enter the password on the credentials tab
On the role mappings tab, choose lin-realm in the Client Roles drop down. Add the following roles:
1. view events
2. view users
3. manage users
