Creating Service Desk Users in Key Cloak

  1. Log in to Key Cloak with the admin account
  2. Switch to the Master realm by clicking on the Lin drop-down and selecting Master
  3. Go to Users
  4. Click Add User
  5. Enter the details and click Save
  6. Enter the password on the credentials tab
  7. On the role mappings tab, choose lin-realm in the Client Roles drop down. Add the following roles:
    1. view events
    2. view users
    3. manage users
