Generic Save Rules

  • disable save button until something is typed in
  • enable once all mandatory data entered
  • Activating save: on save click
    • nok: present error message against specific erroneous fields
    • ok: display successful save message
  • keep user on record (they can decide to go back to list or not)


Save on Create

  • Disable 3rd level nav on create journey
  • Display tool tip to signpost that partial record editable


Save on View / Edit

  • Enable 3rd level nav items on view/edit
  • Display tool tips to signpost that full record now editable
