The following link provides the access to all on going user research work, which detailed the level of work done and progress made on each research.

1. Less than full time training discovery- The following documents can be found in the LTFT folder in share point drive ( research plan, timeline, participants brief, consent forms, SOP, and user panel list for the trainees, TPD’s, program managers and rota coordinators) .

2. Users Feedback- surveys for action summary, in-app notification, CCT calculator and user satisfaction is set up on the https://insights.hotjar.com/sites/1733748/surveys/list . Access can be granted by Pepe or Andy they are primary owners.

3. Public health and Non-medics discovery : First round of investigation on public health and non-public health has been completed. To progress research into identifying differences in the form-r and COJ signed by London from other region. This may require focus group discussion to agree on what need could be the mandatory and non-mandatory fields.

4. Training description box/ Placement comment section: This research is based on issues recorded by the local offices, with inability to capture a number of non-gmc sub-speciality posting. We have had a number of meetings with all the local offices on this and they suggested a number of solution.    We have had a meeting with Southwest region on what information they would like to be captured in the placement comment section and they have provided a list, which is attached to the above ticket. Need validation with other regions or provide their list.

5. Form- R Improvement - We have identified issues relating to the current form-r based on feedbacks from survey and common issues reported by the different local offices .Following the last meeting we had with the Local office representatives - it was agreed that a quick meeting between the LO team leads to agree on new wording for the whole scope of practice session, and also liase with the reval team on how trainees should record TOOT.
