Admin User Management - Trainees

Description

Trainee User Management encompasses the generating and communicating of new Trainee's user accounts and login details to TIS as part of their on-boarding, subsequent roles management (if required), trainee authentication (login) to the trainee UI, password self management (password recovery) and leaver processes.

User management will be owned within HEE, so requirements for internal and external users will be the same.
