5	Pre Consolidation - Trainee to Local Office is known due to database partitioning - post consolidation - Trainee's not on a programme will be nationally unassigned - John Madsen raised this question - JT has a security policy to make national trainee's visible, but do we need the implicit relationship to the local Intrepid instance from pre-consolidation?	Consolidation is throwing up many questions that we don't know the answer to. Suggest we wait and see what the outcome of consolidation is. JT has a security solution which allows a trainee to be seen by every local office until the trainee is put into a programme. Access is then managed via the local local office security. Has worked in the South - may work for whole of England.
6	PersonID - will this field differ per person type? How is it generated? Joanne Watson	Auto-generated. Unique number to each person record. Not sure if this is needed in TIS?
7	Record Origin - what's this used for? Joanne Watson	Auto-generated. Not used by end users
8	Surname / LegalSurname / Forename / LegalForename - is it mandatory and necessary to show both legal and other? Joanne Watson	Yes - it's a complex issue that will need to be resolved. Need to leave as is for minute.
9	Immigration related fields 29-34; I assume completion is conditional, ie those who are EEA residents do not need to complete anything else? Joanne Watson	Yes - this is correct
10	Are any GDPR considerations in scope for TIS? To be discussed with Reuben Noot https://ico.org.uk/media/1624219/preparing-for-the-gdpr-12-steps.pdf	Need also to link with HEE IG. Reuben Noot (Deactivated) do you know who is overseeing the IG for TIS? The Record Retention policy (available from HEE Connect) overrides the GDPR (Ray Hill (Unlicensed)) so we should start by reviewing this. Andrew Todd is our IG contact should we need assistance in Ray's absence

19	Re Trainees do we want to ask Trainees to update their details when they first login? Alistair Pringle (Unlicensed) / Joanne Watson (Unlicensed) this could form part of the content that goes out when they're initially asked to change their password?
